The staff are not just talented professionals — they’re people who genuinely care about their clients. Over time, they’ve become trusted friends who always go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and valued. That’s why it absolutely broke my heart to witness them being harassed and bullied by a deeply unpleasant customer recently. This individual was rude, intimidating, and whispered offensive things to the staff when she thought no one could hear. When her behaviour was called out, she even tried to escalate things by involving her boyfriend — who made racist, threatening remarks toward the team. The staff handled the entire situation with dignity and restraint that most people couldn’t muster under that kind of abuse. I was disgusted by the customer’s behaviour but deeply proud of how Serenity Nails stood strong together. To the amazing team — please know that your loyal clients see you, appreciate you, and will always stand by you.
